I had won a set of headphones and a $25 gift card. I replied to the confirmation email well after a month had passed. They replied quickly saying I had been disqualified because I had used numerous e-mails to enter. I had set up one for myself, and my husband had set one up for himself. Apparently you are only allowed 10 spins per household.

  You are allowed 51 spins per person. I won multiple prizes in this contest, and so did my daughter (same household). We received all of our prizes, too. When you receive the 2nd email asking you to confirm your mailing address, you only have 3 days to respond. If you don’t respond within the 3 days, you will lose out on your prizes. Could that have been the problem?

    Cart, unfortunately I never received the confirmation e-mail, and when I inquired as to why they told me that it was because I was using multiple e-mails to enter. Talk about a low blow. I don’t know if it was that we used the same phone number, address, what….but obviously they thought I was cheating.
