    try going under your account and change the email the account is under. if you have another email address. I couldn’t get it to work till I did that.After doing that enter your info to redeem code. Not sure why but it worked for me.

  Sup Crash! When you go to redeem your prize, do not use slashes or dashes in the date of birth field. That was the most common issue that I know of so we’ll start with that one. Congrats on your win and hopefully that will work for ya. Latah!

    My friend won 25$ and couldn’t get it to work. She called camel and they walked her through it step by step. She was using Beth and her account had Elizabeth. Anyways , they are very helpful.

OK for those having trouble redeeming, I was trying on IE and would not work. I copy/paste the link and just tried on Chrome and it went right through!

I won $25 from this yesterday. You need to use the exact information from your Camel account. When I typed out “United States” for country it wouldn’t work, but USA went through. Type your state’s name out also.
