SUBWAY “Fiery Footlong Frenzy” INSTANT WIN GAME
PRIZES: There are three (3) levels of Prizes available to be won as described below. Level 3 Prizes: To be eligible to win a Level 3 Prize, a participant must first have played the Game at least three (3) times, regardless of method of participation, using either a Cup Code, a Breakfast Wrapper Sticker Code, a specially marked bag of SUNCHIPS® Monterey Jack and Sundried Tomato Multigrain Snacks Sticker Code or a Complimentary Code. Once a participant has played the Game, regardless of method or time or date of participation, three (3) times using one of these hereinabove specifically mentioned Codes s/he is eligible to win one (1) Level 3 Prize, one (1) Level 2 Prize; and one (1) Level 1 Prize. FIRE DRILL FRENZY ALERTS: At random previously unannounced times during the first four (4) calendar weeks of the Game, i.e. weeks starting 8/16/10, 8/23/10, 8/30/10 and 9/6/10, Sponsor will send out two (2) Fire Drill Frenzy Alerts (“Alerts”) each week through www.twitter.com/subwayfreshbuzz whereby individuals, regardless of whether or not they have a Twitter account, will have the opportunity to compete for a chance to win a prize as designated by Sponsor (“Prize”). For example, the first Seventy Five (75) people that respond to an active Alert by clicking on the link, located at www.twitter.com/subwayfreshbuzz, will be prompted to enter their email address, followed by their name, complete address, date of birth, phone number, etc. A respondent is not deemed to be an Alert Winner until s/he receives a confirmation congratulatory email. The Alert Prizes that will be offered during Alerts are as listed in the Table below. Only one (1) Alert Prize may be won by a person during a respective Alert.

TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GAME: There are three (3) different ways you may participate in the Game, i.e. via on-line, Mobile Device, or via text messaging. You may participate in the Game (also referred to as “Game Play”) a maximum of three (3) times per calendar day regardless of your method of participation.
Winners will be able to win Prizes from three (3) different Prize levels depending on the frequency of playing the Game and the Codes used.
Limit: A maximum of one (1) Prize per Prize Level per person or household address.
