SECOND SPIN PRIZES: A participant’s second Play, if any, earns the participant one (1) chance to win one (1) of the two (2) second spin prizes: a Nature Made® lunch cooler or a Denise Austin exercise video (each a “Second Spin Prize”). Ten (10) of each type of Second Spin Prizes are available to be won for a total of twenty (20) Second Spin Prizes. A Second Spin Prize will be awarded to the participant whose second Play displays three (3) identical randomly-displayed “sun” or “fish” graphics on the virtual slot machine. All Second Spin Prizes will be randomly seeded among the first ten-thousand (10,000) second Plays. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each lunch cooler prize: $7.99. ARV of each exercise video prize: $19.99.

GRAND PRIZE AND RUNNER-UP PRIZES: The third Play by a participant earns the participant one (1) chance to be one (1) of the up to fifteen (15) finalists (“Finalist”) included in the random drawing for the Grand Prize (“Grand Prize Drawing”). A Finalist spot in the Grand Prize Drawing will be awarded to each participant whose third Play displays three (3) identical randomly-displayed “grand prize” graphics on the virtual slot machine. All Finalist spots will be randomly seeded among the first ten-thousand (10,000) third Plays. Only fifteen (15) participants maximum will earn Finalist spots in the Grand Prize Drawing. On or about three (3) business days after the end of the Game Period, a random Grand Prize Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor’s representatives, whose decisions are final and binding, from among the up to fifteen (15) Finalists to determine one (1) winner of the $2500 cash grand prize (“Grand Prize”), subject to verification. Grand Prize consists solely of $2500 cash and will be awarded in a one-time payment. The up to fourteen (14) Finalists in the Grand Prize Drawing who do not win the Grand Prize will receive a $75 prepaid Visa gift card (each a “Runner-Up Prize”). Total ARV of all possible Runner-Up Prizes: $1050.
